    I had THE BEST customer service experience EVER!!! I needed a color that is no longer available and had to be specially ordered. It took five minutes from the start of the call to getting my order placed and my specialty crystals on their way! I have a business account with another Swarovski provider but they wouldn’t even talk to me or help in any way until they verified all my credentials! When I called Rainbows of Light I was expecting a similar result and I was dreading the thought of inquiring about a closed out color, to my utter surprise and delight I was greeted with the most friendly, kind and amazing service that I could have asked for. It’s safe to say that the other crystal provider won’t be getting any of my patronage as I’ve found who I’ll be sourcing all my materials from in the future!
