You may change the desired quantity at any time by simply overwriting the quantity that is displayed. When you are ready to check out click the checkout button on the shopping cart page then confirm your order and follow the prompts.
No, we do not have a minimum order.
We are a wholesale distributor of Swarovski Crystals and do not charge sales tax. We actually do not need to collect your resale tax ID number unless you live in the State of Colorado. Orders shipped within Colorado State to customers that do not have a tax ID number are subject to the current 6.7% sales tax rate.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal on request via phone or email but these orders incur a 5% surcharge due to PayPal's high fees.
Please note, however, that AMEX and Discover charge a considerably higher fee to process payments. We prefer VISA and Master Card. If you are able to pay via Visa or Master Card we appreciate it, as this helps keep our costs down, and ultimately your costs as well.
We take your financial security seriously and are confident that shopping on our website is safe for all customers. We are compliant with the rigorous security requirements set by the PCI (Payment Card Industry) and have implemented multiple security tactics to keep your information secure. We do not store your credit card information on our web server. Your credit card number is processed through a “one-way” private network with industry leading encryption protocol of TLS v1.0 128 bit ARC4 (2048 bit RSA/MD5) and cannot be retrieved once transmitted.
All the items from your order, including those on back order that you accept to keep on backorder, make up the full order. Any discounts that apply will apply to the items shipped and the back ordered items as well. If an item is not in stock when you place your order you have the choice of backordering it or not. If you choose to back order the item, you will pre-pay for the items and they will be shipped to you free of shipping charge once they arrive.
Please note that we are unable to add additional items to your backorder package.
We are unable to offer free shipping on International backorders.
Please note: clearance crystal discounts and Sale items cannot be combined with volume/order discounts or promotions. Sale discounts are available on in stock items only, no backorders/special orders.
Special orders are placed through the site as normal and prepayment is required to secure your order. The normal shipping time frame is 4 weeks. If the item is currently not in-stock at the factory, we are happy to provide you with an estimated delivery date. We will contact you if the item is not in stock, at which point you have the opportunity to cancel your order for a full refund. Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned. If you decide later that you need to cancel a special order, the cancellation will incur a 15% restocking fee The possibility of a return will have to be pre-authorized and the package cannot be opened for this possibility to be considered.
Please contact us with your desired item and we are more than happy to give you the minimum order requirement, pricing and expected delivery date. It is very helpful for us if you have a style number and size, or a picture you can provide of the product you are interested in ordering.
If you wish to return a stock item, this is not a problem. We do not accept returns for special order items or items purchased on sale that can be purchased through our "On Sale!" or "50% OFF" page. All returns need to be returned to us within 10 days of receiving your order and all returns require a Return Authorization. An "RA" number will be assigned to your return, and your return must have this RA number clearly marked on the package. To obtain an authorization please contact us first to describe your situation and we are more than happy to assist you. In some instances, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Packaging your return: It is very important that you package your return carefully, so that the items are not damaged. No credit can be given if the items are returned to us in a damaged condition, so please package your returns with care. Once we receive your return we are happy to provide you with a full refund.
We do not make direct exchanges of items that you received, unless, of course, we made a mistake on your order. We ask that you call or email to receive a Return Authorization number, return the item you are not interested in and place a new order for the item that you would like instead. This cuts down on the amount of work involved and ultimately keeps our prices as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
When this happens, your bank has placed a hold on the funds and although it looks like your card has been charged, it has not been charged and the funds that are being held will drop off in a few business days. This means the order has not been processed and you will need to re-submit your order.

Free shipping is available when orders are placed through the website for $100.00 and free shipping is chosen. The discounts are available to international customers, just not the free shipping, sorry.
All items that are on sale can sell out quickly and at any time, which means we can not guarantee that we will have each on sale item in stock or the correct quantity in stock when an order is placed. We try our very best to have the correct quantity in stock, if items are not available we can not guarantee that we will be able to get the items and can not guarantee the sale price will still be valid. We apologize in advance for an inconvenience if this happens to be the case.
